Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Skyview General Contracting Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations, as well as evaluating and selecting trade subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Evaluate and select trade subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, as well as negotiate contractual agreements.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, preparing reports and making recommendations.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including planning, organizing, and controlling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
