We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Partner to act as the primary liaison between the IT department and corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Procurement, Marketing/Communications, and Project Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with corporate function leaders to understand their strategic objectives and ensure IT initiatives support these goals.
- Manage corporate demands, service escalations, and executive engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the corporate functions, acting as a trusted advisor on all IT-related matters.
- Communicate the value and impact of IT services to business stakeholders, enhancing understanding and support for IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with BRM resources to ensure business requirements are gathered, documented, and prioritized for each initiative.
- Ensure a strong understanding of corporate functions processes and systems already in use to effectively build a roadmap aligned with the corporate function's vision.
- Lead and support change management efforts related to IT initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and high adoption rates.
- Ensure IT initiatives comply with global IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation with corporate functions, advocating for the adoption of new technologies and practices.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that link IT service delivery and project outcomes with business performance objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in an IT Business Partnering or a related role, with a focus on specific corporate functions.
- Strong customer awareness and a proven track record of ensuring stakeholder inclusivity.
- Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in IT business partnering, business relationship management, IT service delivery, and strategic planning within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate functions and their IT needs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating the value of technology investments in terms of business outcomes.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
