Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage office operations, including reception coverage, accounting, and facilities maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as records management, supply ordering, and event planning, to support business units and teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building management, security, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management, including processing invoices and coordinating payments.
  • Support the maintenance of Alberta COR and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support, customer service, and/or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
