Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our high standards of service and quality are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
