Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions and benefits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and financial statements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
