Position Summary

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care within the RN scope of practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within the last five years.
  • Proficiency in neonatal care procedures.
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
