About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Louisan Pacific Developments Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to work outdoors and in various locations.
  • Work Setting: Construction industry.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
