Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate effective communication strategies to enhance client interactions.
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries from customers.
  • Provide detailed information regarding services and address customer questions.
  • Facilitate billing processes for services rendered.
  • Process refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Clarify the types and costs of services available.
  • Issue receipts and other necessary documentation.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to address client feedback, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
  • Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
  • Document and track customer complaints.
  • Handle payment transactions.
  • Promote merchandise to clients.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits associated with services to clients.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide comprehensive information.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
