About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Air Balloon Pilot to join our team at Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and successful execution of our hot air balloon flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain hot air balloons, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our passengers.
  • Collaborate with our ground crew to ensure seamless flight operations, including pre-flight preparations and post-flight debriefs.
  • Maintain accurate records of flight operations, including weather conditions, passenger feedback, and any incidents or issues.
Requirements
  • Valid Hot Air Balloon Pilot Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hot air balloon operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing weather conditions.
