Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Air Balloon Pilot to join our team at Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and successful execution of our hot air balloon flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Operations: Operate hot air balloons, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless flight operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hot air balloon operations.
  • Certifications: Hot Air Balloon Pilot Licence.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in physically demanding environments, and stand for extended periods.
