- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Oversee the assembly of meal trays to ensure compliance with standards.
- Direct supervision of food and beverage servers.
- Management of kitchen and food service assistants.
