Job Summary

Rio Clean is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive work environment
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures
  • Implement marketing activities to promote the company's products and services
  • Analyze factors that determine economic growth and make recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic scheduling software
