Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Edo Japan Tsawwassen. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
