About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist to join our Pre-sales team at Survalent Technology Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer challenges by offering expert support and guidance in data mining, developing dashboards, creating reports, and maintaining our graphical libraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain libraries in electrical and other industries, utilizing your keen eye for graphic design and ability to use online templates.
  • Extract data from customers' Survalent and other databases using SQL and similar data mining tools, and build reports to present findings.
  • Demonstrate Survalent's solutions to a wide range of prospects and customers, showcasing the value of our products.
  • Develop custom scripts using Survalent's command sequence language to help solve customer problems and improve their experience with our solutions.
  • Identify customer business needs and pain points, and work with the sales team to understand opportunities to enable customers to be successful by selling professional services.
  • Act as a company liaison on specific technical projects with customers, and organize and conduct Proof of Concept evaluations and pilot projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience with automation solutions (programming).
  • Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Positive, service-oriented personality.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
