About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Dawat-E-Khas. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers and patients
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
