Your Opportunity
Our Assurance team is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Professional to provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff within the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to Partners and staff, including document preparation, proofreading, and editing.
- Ensuring all documents and deliverables are properly reviewed and edited prior to being sent to clients.
- Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups.
- Assembling corporate and personal tax returns, including cross-checking the balance owing and names.
- E-filing tax returns and ensuring Partners' lists have been e-filed by deadlines.
- Administrative support to Partners and engagement teams, including client invoicing, calendar management, time & expense reports, meeting and travel coordination.
- Providing coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness, and other absenteeism as requested by the Manager.
- Other administrative duties as required, including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier, etc.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Bilingual (English and French) written and oral communication skills.
- 2 years of working experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential information.
- Natural curiosity, adaptability, and compassion, with a willingness to take initiative and help others.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and oral.
- A commitment to teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
- Ability to work extra hours as required.
