Key Responsibilities Include:
Diagnose and repair all equipment components and systems as directed by the supervisor. Keep accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and external purchases related to repairs. Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles. Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients. Order necessary parts and materials for assigned repairs. Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe. Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote safe work practices in all daily activities and task assignments. Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety standards, as the company prioritizes the protection and well-being of its employees. Complete RME safety expectations and reporting promptly.Required Qualifications Include:
Proficiency in the English language. Experience with CASE IH agricultural or construction equipment is an asset. Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting abilities. Knowledge of health and safety best practices. Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
