Business Consultant Job Description

At KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing change management support to our 1GX Planning and Budgeting project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic strategy for implementing changes related to planning and budgeting in alignment with our organization's policies, procedures, cultures, and norms.
  • Work directly with our Planning and Budgeting project team, 1GX CoE staff, and key partners to develop and implement a change management strategy.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the Planning and Budgeting project.
  • Collaborate with our 1GX training team to ensure that the training strategy is aligned with the change management strategy.
  • Participate in various project activities to gain additional knowledge on potential areas of change resistance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand adoption rates.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, management, or a related discipline and four years of related experience.
  • Two-year diploma in business, management, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience.
  • One-year certificate in business, management, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience.
  • ~10 years experience conducting change impact analysis.
  • ~5 years experience developing and delivering training materials.
  • ~5 years experience with business writing, communication, and documentation.
  • ~10 years experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational change as part of service transformation and implementation.
  • ~10 years experience creating flowcharts/diagrams/analyses.
  • ~10 years experience in managing projects.
  • ~3 years experience with business plans, mandates, strategic priorities, objectives, and/or programs of 1GX.
