Job Title: Regulatory Client Outreach Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office, core day every Wednesday, and 2 flexible days)

Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension

At TEKsystems, we're seeking a skilled Regulatory Client Outreach Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' regulatory needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, including Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and FATCA
  • Assist in client onboarding, including KYC/AML processes
  • Monitor and analyze changes in rules and regulations
  • Support audit processes related to trade confirmations and payments

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Dodd-Frank regulations
  • Experience in client onboarding and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
