KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
  • Manage the receiving, storage, and inventory verification of parts and products, ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the premises.
  • Engage in outdoor tasks such as lawn care, snow removal, and general cleaning around the facility and yard.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of a valid G Driver's Licence (DZ is an asset);
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 70lbs;
  • Willingness to work overtime during busy periods;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience operating a forklift is advantageous;
  • Familiarity with handling propane and/or petroleum is beneficial;
  • Manual dexterity is required;
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The role involves both indoor and outdoor activities. Physical demands include lifting, climbing, inspecting, and reaching in conditions that may vary in temperature. Work hours may be adjusted as necessary.
