About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Parkland Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple branch locations and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Leadership: Ensure the highest safety standards are met for all branches, conduct regular site inspections, and provide training as needed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage territory OPEX budget, reduce costs, and optimize routing efficiencies with the Logistics Manager.
  • Customer Service: Focus on customer profitability, work with the sales team to win business, and ensure excellent on-time service.
  • Performance Management: Promote Parkland Values, support Operations Supervisors/Managers, set KPIs, and provide product knowledge support.
Requirements
  • University degree and/or 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, business accounting, marketing, and sales.
  • Industry knowledge relating to fuel distribution is desired.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict and de-escalate issues quickly and effectively.
  • Understanding of transportation compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership ability.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an abstract in good standing.
