Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at MANGO Mapleview location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
  • Coach and develop store associates to provide exceptional customer service and sales performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fast fashion retail environment
  • Prior sales management experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
  • Proficient in Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings
