Position Overview: Boutique Supervisor at Bath & Body Works

As a Boutique Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a high standard of customer service and effective team management. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales performance and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of assigned managerial duties, stepping in as the primary contact for customer service challenges, supplier interactions, or maintenance issues.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to management regarding both individual and team performance metrics.
  • Exemplify sales techniques and customer service standards to inspire your team.
  • Showcase in-depth product knowledge, adherence to company policies, and boutique operational strategies.
  • Establish daily objectives and direction for team members at the start of their shifts.
  • Foster a loyal customer base through meaningful interactions, effective conversion strategies, and gathering customer contact information.
  • Manage opening and closing tasks, including financial transactions and receiving shipments, while effectively communicating company policies.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including floor setups and signage adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Current Sales Associate aspiring to advance into a leadership role is preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a customer-centric sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and operational objectives.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
  • Capability to train team members in real-time.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
