As a Boutique Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service and effective team management. Your role is crucial in meeting sales objectives and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of assigned managerial duties, stepping in as the Boutique Manager when necessary to resolve customer service challenges, manage supplier interactions, or handle maintenance issues.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to management regarding the performance of individual team members and the group as a whole.
- Lead by example, upholding sales standards and enhancing the customer experience.
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of products, company policies, and boutique strategies.
- Set daily goals and direction for associates at the start of their shifts.
- Develop a loyal customer base through meaningful interactions, successful conversions, and capturing customer contact details.
- Execute opening and closing tasks, including bank deposits and receiving shipments, while communicating company directives.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Sales Associate aspiring to transition into a leadership role is preferred.
- Ability to cultivate a customer-centric sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in sales and operational performance.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
- Capability to train team members in real-time.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
