Job Title: Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at Majha Demolition & Excavating Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. This is a permanent position requiring a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a dump truck to transport goods and materials
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate transportation and logistics
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience with dump trucks and heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to heavy equipment and hazardous materials. A high level of physical fitness and attention to detail are essential for this role.
