About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at Hayer Demolition Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck and ensuring the efficient transportation of materials to and from our job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a dump truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating a dump truck in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and other communication equipment
  • Basic security clearance and a clean criminal record
