About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at AllTheWay Trucking Inc. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across long distances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles, including straight or articulated trucks, to transport goods and materials.
  • Load and unload goods and materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Meet regulatory requirements for transportation, including hours of service and weight limits.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license with a good driving record.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a long haul truck driver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with dispatch and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and long hours on the road.
