About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at 2728449 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our transportation operations. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods over long distances, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Logistics and Planning: Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and cargo to meet customer requirements.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: AZ class license, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in long-haul trucking is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week.
