McKesson is a leading healthcare company that delivers innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our specialty pharmacy, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement departmental initiatives, financial objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Lead a national team of pharmacy professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Biopharma clients, partners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze financial and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of pharmacy operations, financial performance, and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
  • A valid license in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Previous experience in specialty pharmacy or related field.
  • 7-10 years of people and progressive pharmacy management experience.
