At SSA Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and job applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Source and screen candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
