We are seeking a dedicated and skilled People and Culture Strategic Partner to collaborate with organizational leaders in developing impactful workforce strategies. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, managing change, and implementing our People & Culture initiatives, policies, and practices across various business sectors. You will be integrated into our core People & Culture team at FYidoctors, specifically within the solis optics division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and insights.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance business outcomes through effective people strategies.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships, offering leadership and coaching on all people-related initiatives throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to design, develop, and implement templates, programs, and policies that support business objectives while promoting a high-performance coaching culture.
- Partner with business leaders to refine organizational structures and talent strategies for both immediate and future scalability.
- Communicate the People & Culture roadmap and secure support from your business unit to advocate for it within their teams.
- Offer consultation on performance management, employee engagement, career development, and talent growth, ensuring effective change management in all people-related activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in People & Culture.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. CHRL/CHRP designation is a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing HR analytics to inform business decisions.
- Experience in facilitating organizational change.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly UKG, is advantageous.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
