Cofomo is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our cutting-edge technology projects. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business strategy and guiding IT teams in developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic initiatives related to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention;
  • Understand business strategy to guide IT teams in developing innovative solutions;
  • Identify and mitigate impacts in transformation projects;
  • Act as a liaison between business requirements and development team;
  • Advise business sectors and IT leadership on strategic directions based on business goals and technological trends;
  • Contribute to strategic planning and Agile transformation;
  • Participate in various testing phases;

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Five years of business analysis experience in large-scale projects;
  • Experience in Scrum/Agile delivery;
  • Knowledge of fraud and compliance domains is a plus;
  • Ability to influence stakeholders;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex IT concepts;
  • Bilingual in French and English;
