Position: Environmental Project Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Environmental Project Coordinator at Terralogix Solutions Inc. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in diverse environmental projects, contributing to sustainable practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting comprehensive Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and preparing detailed reports.
  • Planning and executing Phase II ESAs, which include:
    - Drilling and soil sampling operations
    - Groundwater monitoring and sampling initiatives
  • Analyzing and interpreting environmental data, followed by the creation of technical documentation.
  • Managing contractors and overseeing cost tracking for various projects.
  • Assisting in the design and execution of remediation systems.
  • Coordinating and finalizing reclamation efforts.
  • Overseeing vegetation management tasks.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in environmental project management.
  • Registration with a recognized professional organization, either as a professional or in-training.

Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient technical writing skills.
  • The capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team as well as independently.

Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with the following guidelines is essential:
  • ERCB Directives 50 and 58
  • Alberta Environment Reclamation Criteria
  • Alberta Tier 1 and 2 Guidelines
  • CCME guidelines
  • Sask PNG033 and Saskatchewan Environmental Quality Guidelines

Health and Safety:
Adherence to health and safety policies and principles is a critical aspect of this role.

Compensation:
