Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our inventory is accurately managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving and storing inventory, shipping and receiving goods, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity, and to reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that warehouse staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving times, and employee productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset.
