Customer Service Manager

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage customer service operations and ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all customers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellent technical and customer service skills, the ability to think analytically and solve problems quickly, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically (tickets)
- Supervise and coordinate activities of customer service representatives
- Monitor customer service performance and identify areas of improvement
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement
- Develop customer service policies and procedures
- Train and mentor customer service personnel
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
- Monitor customer service activities and report on trends
- Ensure customer service representatives are following standard operating procedures
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service management
- Technical aptitude preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ability to motivate and lead customer service teams
