Job Title: Service Desk Analyst - After Hours Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Multi-Skilled After Hours team at WBM Technologies. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will provide level 1 technical support to our clients, ensuring a great customer experience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and online requests.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and specialized technical teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Perform high-level triage and diagnostics to assess problems and troubleshoot.
  • Join our team as a level 1, level 2, or level 3 analyst, with opportunities for skills development and career advancement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communications.
  • Previous service desk experience providing level 1 technical support, including triage and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work shift rotations, including daytime shifts, afternoon shifts, weekends, and split shifts if required.
  • Experience with Active Directory and service desk tools is preferred.
Working Hours:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 12x4 fixed rotating shift pattern. You will work 12-hour shifts with 4 days on followed by 4 consecutive days off, including 2x 30-minute unpaid lunch and 3x 15-minute paid breaks.

Your shift will provide coverage during evenings, overnight, or weekends, with a start time that may change with each shift rotation. We will consider your shift preference and accommodate it where possible.
