Harbour Marketing is seeking a committed Sales Representative(s) to enhance our Sales & Marketing division. The selected candidate will engage positively with agents and colleagues, maintaining the utmost professionalism while promoting Pre-Construction developments.

Led by a team leader with over 20 years of expertise in Real Estate, Harbour Marketing stands as a premier Sales and Marketing agency for Pre-Construction developments in the Greater Toronto Area. You will take pride in collaborating on some of the most sought-after Pre-Construction projects while enjoying a vibrant work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture Realtor relationships by providing essential project information, support, and guidance.
  • Stay informed on market trends and assess inventory and industry opportunities to forecast future needs and releases.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to align with the company's objectives and targets.
  • Welcome visitors to the sales office; determine the purpose of their visit and direct clients/purchasers to suitable product types to drive sales.
  • Review purchase and sale documents in both print and digital formats.
  • Respond to phone and electronic inquiries regarding product availability and specific sales programs.
  • Devise and implement strategies for project launches.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate project effectiveness in anticipation of future developments.
  • Gather data and statistical information to support research findings related to sales activities and comparisons. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation: readiness to take on additional responsibilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two years of experience in pre-construction sales, preferably in a real estate sales office.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating urgency and patience.
  • Essential team player qualities. Works effectively with colleagues in a collaborative environment while also being capable of independent work.
  • Excellent communication skills, including polished verbal communication, customer service, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong planning, research, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of agreements of purchase and sale, along with the sales process for pre-construction developments.
  • Proficient in using technology, including DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Suites, etc.
  • Willingness to accommodate project processing and client schedules, including working various hours as needed.
