Position Overview

Flint ICT Services Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled Network Analyst to manage and enhance our telecommunications infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Management: Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks, along with associated computer workstations and peripherals.
  • Operational Procedures: Conduct routine network startups and shutdowns while maintaining comprehensive control records.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement and manage network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
  • Capacity Assessment: Evaluate, document, and improve the capacity and performance of our information and communication system networks.

This position operates within the telecommunications sector, specifically focusing on service provision and network management.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a related field is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtualization, networking software, security protocols, and MS Office is necessary.
