We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hook & Ladder Liquor Store Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage cash and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a non-smoking retail environment, with public transportation available. The work setting is a retail service establishment, with a team of 3-4 people to supervise.
