  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting any areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You will be required to work as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and management to achieve our goals.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.

  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions:

Our restaurant is a noisy, odour-filled environment with wet/damp conditions. You will be required to work in a hot environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
