Lawn Plus Canada - Kitchener is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of General Manager Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our business, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, selling to customers, recruiting and training employees, and project management.

This is an 8-month internship opportunity that will provide you with hands-on experience in management and business operations. You will work part-time from February to April and full-time from May to August.

As a General Manager Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a marketing strategy, sell to customers, recruit and train employees, and manage projects. You will also have access to our senior management team throughout the year to provide you with the mentorship needed to succeed in the role.

We are looking for a candidate who is currently studying towards a college diploma or university degree, has a strong communication skills, and is able to work part-time from February to April and full-time from May to August. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging internship opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
