- Must possess a valid DVM degree or an equivalent recognized in Canada
- Proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach
- Excellent diagnostic and critical care capabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster trust and loyalty
- Strong organizational skills to excel in high-pressure environments
- Capability to mentor and train emergency veterinarians and RVTs
Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000, with opportunities for additional variable pay incentives. Compensation may differ based on various factors.
