Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at 2358857 ONTARIO INC.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised. This role will also involve preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Hotel, motel, resort work setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
