About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to lead our research and development efforts in machine learning, working closely with a talented team of engineers to develop and improve our methodology and technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative machine learning solutions, applying modern software development practices and methodologies.
  • Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines to support the development of novel machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production-grade software.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced researcher and engineer who can lead our machine learning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, a deep understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with natural language processing and other machine learning applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
