We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the operations of one of our eight maintenance facilities across North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and upkeep of our railcar fleet.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the service center, including maintenance, repair, and inspection of railcars
* Supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
