Job Title: Farm Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Farm Labourer to join our team at 916503 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our agricultural operations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to crop farming, including hand harvesting vegetables, weeding, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

  • Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work site environment: Other miscellaneous crop farming, outdoors, wet/damp, dusty, hot
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, tight deadlines, physically demanding, hand-eye co-ordination, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Personal suitability: Flexibility, team player
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
