Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Develop and establish work schedules for kitchen staff.
