Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Desjardins Insurance Nicole Fulcher Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, educating them on our products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Building: Establish personalized contact with clients to create a climate of trust and provide exceptional service.
- Product Education: Educate clients on our insurance products and services, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Sales and Service: Sell and service all lines of insurance offered by our agency, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, generating new leads and growing our client base.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the agent, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- OTL Property and Casualty License: Hold a valid OTL Property and Casualty license prior to being hired.
- LLQP Life License: Hold a valid LLQP Life license prior to being hired.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to clients and colleagues.
- Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation to travel to client meetings and agency events.
