Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Desjardins Insurance Nicole Fulcher Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and selling insurance products that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Establish personalized contact with clients, create a climate of trust, and educate them on our insurance products.
- Sales and Service: Sell and service all lines of insurance offered through Desjardins, including property and casualty insurance.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, generate leads, and develop marketing strategies.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the agent, including billing and claims management.
- OTL Property and Casualty License: Required prior to being hired.
- LLQP Life License: Required prior to being hired or within 90 days of being hired.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to relate to customers, work as a team, and communicate effectively.
- Strong Work Ethic: Commitment to success, organized, and able to problem-solve.
- College Diploma: In a related field, such as business or marketing.
- Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service.
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to Uxbridge, Ontario.
- Vacation: Paid time off.
- Salary and Commissions: Competitive salary and commission structure.
