Sales Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Fastfrate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving profitable sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of the transportation industry and LTL sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects
