Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Fastfrate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving profitable sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the transportation industry and LTL sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects
